Here individuals and teams can both train out of season, and maintain in season (something very few athletes focus on…once the season starts they forget about training and focus on games) Each sport demands performance from different muscle groups. Every sport requires different movements that separate winners. We will tailor a program for you, for your sport, for your success. A program that will help you prevent injury, improve your performance and separate you.
For soccer players, we help you improve your performance with conditioning, and agility training, quick feet development, and acceleration power development.
For basketball players we offer Vertical and Agility Classes to develop lateral strength, quick feet and explosive jumping ability.
For baseball players we offer classes that develop agility and rotational power for performance and shoulder stability development to help prevent injury.
For football players, we’ll help you develop more strength and power, more speed and acceleration, more agility and explosive bursts.
For lacrosse players and hockey players, we have classes that develop improved rotational power, lateral strength, quick feet, and cardio-conditioning
